Hospitals-ACT is a
legislative and political grassroots initiative for
Michigan hospitals. Anyone in the hospital community can
become a member of Hospitals-ACT: hospital
administrators and chief executive officers, trustees,
employees, volunteers, even patients. The only
requirement is the commitment to deliver the hospital
message on behalf of your hospital and community when
called upon.
To join Hospitals-ACT, please follow these simple
instructions:
- Contact your
hospital’s project coordinator and express your
interest in joining their advocacy team.
- After contacting your
project coordinator, click on the bold yellow "Join
Us" star on the left side of this page.
As a member of
Hospitals-ACT, you will receive regular communications
on crucial legislative issues throughout the year.
Hospital-ACT members will then communicate with their
state legislators, to show their leaders how the
decisions they make in Lansing affects what happens back
home.
